It all started in Chicago a long time ago. Right down the road from where I grew up was Little Joe's Hot Dogs. Wrigley Field was a short train ride to the city. At a young age I almost always had a smile on my face. When I look back my grin is related to many things. My wonderful family, my faith friends, my work colleagues and hot dogs. I had always dreamed of owning a hot dog stand.
